Neeco 1003 ball valve is 3-piece design and full port ball valve designed and developed, in-house to meet or exceed ASME B16.34 and NAVSEA DWG 803-50001003 Serviceability – The three-piece ball excels in applications where the end caps are welded or threaded in the pipeline.  The center section is easily removed from the line for servicing or replacement of parts, with no special tools. Entire center sections can be replaced in minutes getting your service back up and running.

Affordability – The three-piece ball valve is the economical alternative to gate and globe valves, both in initial cost and life cycle costs.  Furthermore, the high level of customization available with the 3-piece ball valve allows the valve to meet the process parameters, not the other way around.

Versatility –Ball valves may be used for on/off service, for limited throttling with standard trim, and more extensive throttling with special trim. Ball valves have low pressure drops and relatively high Cv, exceeding other traditional valve types.  Another advantage is the ability to have different end cap configurations, eliminating the need for pipe reducers/expanders and allowing for greater flexibility.

Reliability – Ball valves provide bubble-tight sealing with little-to-no upstream pressure and their ease of operation makes them a highly reliable option in even the most demanding of situations.  Ball valves are very predictable and have repeatable torque characteristics ensure years of trouble-free operation whether manually operated of actuated.
