Neeco Mud Line Gate Valves conform to API Flange dimensions and pressure ratings. They are designed for dependable service in high pressure systems and in pump and standpipe manifold systems. The gate design incorporates a T-slot to stem (floating) for positive downstream sealing. The seats are designed to provide a positive, tight shut off every closing cycle, even after long exposure to abrasion and scoring.
Our 5000 PSI mud valve features industry proven “boot style” twin metal wear inserts, molded to a selection of elastomer options for specific fluid control. Our 7500 PSI mud valve uses high strength forged steel components allowing for dependability in high pressure well circulation.
Manifold High Pressure Fittings are manufactured and machined from ASTM A487 or ASTM A234 GRADE 4130 material, both high grade carbon steel that provides excellent weldability and the ability to withstand the extreme high pressures that result from modern drilling methods.
Mudline Manifold fittings are prepped for butt welded connections but other end connections are available. All fittings are designed and precision machined for minimum 5,000 PSI working pressure and 10,000 PSI test pressure. Available 5” and 6” fittings are designed and rated for 5,000 to 7,500 PSI Working Pressure (WP). Most 2”, 3” and 4” fittings are designed and rated for 5,000 or 10,000 PSI WP.
